Enrollment Process

Complete Enrollment Forms: During the tour or upon request, we will provide you with the required enrollment forms, which include:
- Physical Assessments
- Emergency Contact Form
- Immunization Records
- Blood Lead Testing
- Basic Authorization Forms
Choose a Care Option: Select the care schedule that best fits your needs (full-time or part-time).
Secure Your Spot: A non-refundable registration fee of $75 is required to secure your child’s placement.
